Wine Description

Color: Delicate green tints.

Bouquet: Very aromatic bouquet with hints of apple blossom and lemon flower.

Palate: A classic Eden Valley Riesling with a tight structure, delicate fruit at this early stage of its life, with promise of deeper honeyed citrus notes to come after some time in the bottle. It is a zesty clean wine showing the wonderful crisp mineral acidity typical of top Eden Valley Riesling.

This Riesling is the perfect accompaniment for freshly shucked oysters, seared scallops, grilled whiting, prawns and yabbies.
