Wine Description
"Good bright ruby-red. Musky, rather wild nose combines black cherry, licorice, menthol and dark chocolate. Densely packed and sweet, with some superripe qualities to the flavors of cherry liqueur and chocolate. Not quite as suave in its integration of acidity as the fine 2002, but this offers more satisfying mouth coverage than the 2003. Finishes with substantial sweet tannins and excellent breadth and length. I suspect that it will gain in refinement during its final months of elevage." - Stephen Tanzer
