Wine Description
The warm days, cool, foggy nights and long growing season make Sonoma's Russian River an marvelous spot to grow Chardonnay that walks the fine line between power and finesse.
Soothing tropical fruit with subtle bursts of mineral weave through the palate. Ripe melon and butterscotch round out the rich mouth feel and finish with soft sweet acidity.
Stainless steel fermented for freshness (with only a small component barrel fermented) and then aged in small French oak for eight months for complexity and softness. Subtle amounts of ML help give this wine great body and structure.
