Wine Description

Light gold in colour, this wine displays attractive fresh fruit flavours with yeast characters and aromas. A dry, versatile sparkling wine, Lindauer is produced in the traditional way, using predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines which are assembled into a cuve. This cuvee then spends 12 to 18 months undergoing secondary fermentation and maturation.

Customer Comments & Criticisms
This has become the "House Champagne" for me. Nice balance of acidity, bubbles are long lasting and add to the experience. Very nice bouquet as well. This sparkling wine goes well with a variety of foods--omelets in the AM, Fish dishes for later in the day--supberb with lobster. Great value in wine--and, as a home beer maker, the labels come off easily so you can reuse the bottel!
