CHARACTERISTICS
Brut Imparial Rosa is a blend of the three wine varieties, with an emphasis on Pinot Noir, embodying a fruity and daring character.

COMPONENTS
Approximately 200 individual crus make up this cuvae. The traditional proportions for Brut Imparial Rosa are:
• 50-60% Pinot Noir
• 20-30% Pinot Meunier
• 10-20% Chardonnay
• 20-30% vins de rserve

COLOR
Rosa with shades of copper, good intensity

AROMA
Lively, expressive, dominated by the scent of wild strawberries

STYLE
Full bodied, zestful, assertive fruitiness

I first had this Champagne back in September. My wife and I were in Paris for our Honeymoon and we rented a car and went to Champagne. After the tour of Moet and getting our pictures taken with Dom, we bought a bottle from their gift shop. Once we got back to Paris we popped it while lying under the Eiffel and wow, what a way to compliment the experience. She liked it because of the strawberry undernotes and how amazingly crisp it was. This is perfect for any special occasion especially as a wedding gift, New Years, or anniversary.
