Wine Description

This noble varietal is blended with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon displaying a classic cassis flavor with silky, savory tannins. Soft and spicy at an earlier age, with rounded berry flavors, this is a deep garnet-colored wine. It will develop further in the bottle for 5 - 10 years.

This wine pairs well with red meat, venison, game pot-roasts and noble cheeses.
