Wine Description
Color: Bright yellow with delicate and pale green hints.
Nose: Mineral notes with exuberant aromas such as papayas, lime, mango and sweet spices at the end.
Mouth: Concentrated but very refreshing at the beginning, followed by a good acidity that is balanced with lovely sweetness. The finish brings a light sweet spices touch coming from the oak.
Serving suggestions: Serve as an aperitif, with fish or seafood, white meat, vegetarian dishes, hot curries and Thai food.
